Have You Ever Felt Sore After Your Massage ?

January 9, 2019 By NashvilleMassageCompany

Sometimes some people feel sore after a massage ๐Ÿ’†โ€โ™€๏ธfor a day or two. It’s nothing to freak out about. It may be caused by the intensity of the massage you had. ๐Ÿค”

Think of a massage like working out.๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ You had tension in your neck, arms, shoulders and back. The muscles ๐Ÿ’ชneeded to be worked out by a massage firm or deep pressure. This can sometimes be too intense for your Muscles which in return are not used to the stress. So next day you experience the soreness after your massage session ๐Ÿ’†โ€โ™‚๏ธthe day before.

So relax ๐Ÿ˜ชand take a hot shower or bath. Ice the areas if they are sore from your massage. Your Massage Therapist will give you other suggestions to help you feel better soon. It’s part of the massage process and it doesn’t mean you had a bad massage. ๐Ÿ˜
