Hmm I also learned of an easy tip to utilize on race day! It seems that particularly on race day that runners encounter more cramps! Did you know that? Well you can carry packets of yellow mustard with you. Eat them as they are a rich source of minerals … they provide calcium , magnesium, phosphorus and potassium. As well ss this they are a good dietary source of folate and vitamin A ! Who knew RIGHT?! 🤔 It also should be worth mentioning that you eat the mustard and DON’T rub it on your skin. 🤣
